Hi,
Im designing a pcie controller and im using XilinxVirtex7PCIE.bsv wrapper.

I want to use multi-function capabilities supported only in pcie gen3 on a vc709 board. Is there a wrapper that supports this? is there a code example i can look at?

Thanks
Yoni

The 2015.05.beta1 release has support for the VC709 but does not have support for multiple functions.

I'm adding gen3 support to Connectal. We use a tcl script to instantiate the core:
https://github.com/cambridgehackers/connectal/blob/master/scripts/connectal-synth-pcie.tcl

and another script to generate the import BVI:
https://github.com/cambridgehackers/connectal/blob/master/generated/scripts/generate_pcie3.sh

I think that would make it easier to add support for multiple functions. If it's helpful, I would be happy to talk about how we wrapped the core.
