You are at the right place! This forum has a lot of useful information, examples, whitepapers, documentation and discussions.
Additional sources of information are:

1. Our wiki page:
http://sites.google.com/a/bluespec.com/learning-bluespec/Home

2. Check out the book BSV By Example. An electronic copy can be obtained in the documentation section of this forum. This is a very good way to get started.

Glad to hear from you.

i have a question.

Is there any prerequisite concepts or programming concepts required before starting this language? Any particular concepts from C,C++, VHDL or verilog?

Please let me know.

Best Regards,

Although previous programming experience is helpful - it is not a prerequisite. We do expect that you have a basic understanding of digital design concepts.
