It's not clear what you're question or point is -- so it wasn't clear that there was a response required. By your post, are you asking whether the software releases are posted in the forums anymore? If that is your question, then the answer is that the software releases are still posted in the forums, under Software Releases.

If your question is whether Bluespec employees post in the forums at all, the answer as well is that we do respond to many of the questions, though this is a community forum so there are also third-parties that respond to questions as well.

If your question is whether support questions should be asked/posted in the forums, then the answer is yes. We've got a large community of users -- most of our commercial customers go through other support routes, though sometimes they'll use the support forums. Our university and research customers do use this, though not yet as much as we would like. Now it's a resource for posting a question and getting a response -- in the future, it will be a better research for perusing and searching for information as the database grows.
